Schlarf brings more than a decade of marketing experience across both enterprise and channel-focused organizations. She is known for her ability to simplify complex technologies into clear, compelling narratives and for building marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and long-term brand equity. Prior to joining Mailprotector, Schlarf served as Vice President of Marketing at Moovila, where she oversaw marketing during the company’s entry into the MSP market. During her tenure, she was instrumental in building a scalable demand generation engine and establishing a recognizable brand within the MSP community.
A Recognized Leader in the IT Channel
Schlarf’s contributions to the channel have earned industry-wide recognition. She has been named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list and recognized as a Channel Woman on the Rise, highlighting her impact on Partner-focused growth and innovation. She has also been recognized as a finalist for Marketing Executive of the Year. Beyond her professional achievements, Schlarf is deeply engaged in the MSP community. She is an active volunteer and contributor to organizations such as MSPGeek and GTIA, where she supports initiatives that foster education, collaboration, and stronger connections between vendors and their Partners. “Kate brings a powerful combination of strategic vision, creativity, and community focus,” said Jason Samples, CRO at Mailprotector. “Her ability to connect with Partners while driving meaningful business outcomes makes her an ideal fit for our team and our mission.”
Driving the Next Phase of Growth
In her role at Mailprotector, Schlarf will oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand, demand generation, Partner marketing, and community engagement. She will play a key role in amplifying Mailprotector’s voice in the market, supporting continued growth and helping bring innovations like Email Traffic Control to a broader audience of MSPs seeking a more proactive, zero trust approach to email security. “I’m excited to join Mailprotector at such an important time in its journey,” said Schlarf. “The team has built something truly special, and I look forward to working alongside them to further strengthen our brand, deepen our connection with the MSP community, and drive continued success for our Partners.”
