How It Works

The system comprises an intercept module that sits between a sender’s productivity system and the recipient’s productivity system. It intercepts productivity system objects—emails, calendar events, messages, attachments—before they reach the recipient, and extracts content from them.

An AI orchestration bus receives the extracted content, formats it into a prompt, and routes it to an AI agent. The AI agent processes the prompt and generates output. The intercept module then delivers the original productivity object to the recipient along with instructions based on the AI agent’s output—such as a proposed response, a message classification, a suggested action item, or a routing recommendation.

The AI orchestration bus can communicate with multiple different AI agents, including providers like OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft CoPilot, X Grok, Perplexity, and Google Gemini. The system also refines its prompt templates based on user modifications to previously provided prompts, creating a feedback loop that improves accuracy over time.
